Grâce au développement et au pilotage de multiples projets de recherche internationaux, le Professeur Simpore a publié 623 articles scientifiques référencés dans des revues internationales de premier plan à très fort comité de lecture telles que "Nature", "Science", "Nature Genetics", "Nature Communication", "Genes and immunity" et "Lancet Haematology".

Ses travaux comptent 281 articles scientifiques indexés directement dans PubMed avec un indice H de 56 à l'échelle globale. Ses découvertes fondamentales en laboratoire ont mené au dépôt historique de 490 séquences d'ADN uniques dans la GenBank internationale.

Au-delà des articles, son expertise a été sollicitée pour la rédaction de chapitres clés dans les ouvrages de référence mondiaux, notamment au sein de l'« Encyclopedia of Global Bioethics » de Springer et du « Handbook of Global Bioethics », totalisant 18 chapitres de livres, 4 ouvrages complets publiés, et plus de 150 communications orales lors de congrès mondiaux.
